As an eDiscovery Analyst, you will: Handle all facets of importing and processing data, creating and maintaining databases, and preparing electronic document productions Assist with identifying, preserving, collecting, and processing data across a large and technically diverse environment Develop effective database searches Manage the technical administration of document reviews Provide training to stakeholders on technical capabilities and best practices in using technology to support legal services Help develop and monitor metrics and communicate with legal teams, senior management, and business units on project progress Troubleshoot technical issues with incoming data and software applications Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology solutions Serve as a subject‑matter expert on eDiscovery tools and applications Training and Certification Training and certification pathways to become a Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE), Certified E‑Discovery Specialist (CEDS), Nuix Data Discovery Master Certification, and Nuix Forensic Practitioner Master Certification Expectation for continued education in information technology, digital forensics, and litigation support Qualifications Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant technical or analytical field Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 2 years of education in computer science, information technology, social sciences, or related fields Eagerness to work in a mission‑critical, high visibility, enterprise role supporting all Textron businesses Interest in end‑to‑end eDiscovery toolsets, including preservation, collection, review tools, and automated workflows Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships Experience and success working as part of a team Ability to problem‑solve and work independently in a dynamic environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Demonstrated ability to learn new technology and software systems and follow documented procedures Curiosity and desire to learn about new subject matters such as eDiscovery techniques, processes, and software Interest in assisting with vendor identification and management, including solicitation, bid review, and annual reviews Willingness to perform other duties as assigned Why Textron?
