We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to support our residential HVAC service and installation teams by managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers with heating and air conditioning service requests. This is a fast-paced, in-office customer service role supporting our growing HVAC service operations. Qualifications: What You Need: Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment Experience scheduling service appointments (HVAC or home services preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems Ability to manage multi-line phone systems with accuracy and professionalism Must report daily to the office (no remote work available) Weekend and shift flexibility may be required Must pass background check and drug screening *This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
