A formal education is nice however, if you're a hobbyist who has a deep understanding of analog and digital electronics, we would be interested in learning more about you. We're looking for an electronics guru with excellent understanding of the below requirements.
The right candidate will be able to read and create PCB designs in order to produce prototypes. Familiarity with Kicad 8 or similar circuit board design program. Understanding of microprocessor design and be able to prototype on new circuits to perform data acquisition and control.
- Familiarity with RS-232 data communications
- Atmega Microprocessors
- PCB design (gerber files)
- Data acquisition and control - reading analog sensors
- Protocol - Conversational ASCII using DGH Modules, MODBUS
- Programming in Arduino, C and/or Visual Basic a huge plus
