We have a new client in La Vernia, TX (Wilson County, east of San Antonio SCHEDULE ~32 hrs/wk: full availability mornings and evenings. You can take all or some of the hours to complete your schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES High fall risk — gait belt for all transfers, uses walker/wheelchair Bed bath each morning; peri + Foley care twice daily Fully incontinent — change briefs promptly Choking risk — cut food small, special cutlery Encourage breathing/leg exercises Drives client to doctor in his vehicle (proof of insurance needed) Syncope: if he faints, let him rest.
