Employee Engagement Coordinator

Site Administrator This position is responsible for performing a broad-range of administrative duties to ensure effective and efficient operations including but not limited to coordination of all center functions and activities including community charity events, providing support to the Manager, Global Facilities and Administration, site management, and generating and maintaining reports. During a Typical Day, You'll Administrative Work with a high degree of confidentiality Provides administrative support including coordinating travel, arranging meetings, meeting minutes, creating expense reports, fielding incoming calls and e-mails, other misc. correspondence Support the Operations Team through business processes and practices designed to support employee retention, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction Create and design basic communication materials. Provide accurate, complete, and current information Order office supplies for Houston Site Assist other departments with special projects as assigned Site Activities Provide Coordinating, scheduling and planning support for all Site events including (but not limited to) program launch celebrations and Reward & Recognition (R&R) activities Company representative/liaison supporting coordination, scheduling, and planning for all charity/community activities Coordinate employee teams to assist with events and community involvement What You Bring to the Role Education Associates Degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred Experience 3-5 years of related experience Skills Possession of strong personal code of ethics, including maintaining confidentiality and avoiding conflict of interest Able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under pressure and with minimal supervision Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Visio Excellent time management and organizational skills Proven experience in event planning Other Available to work varied shifts Occasional overtime required What You Can Expect Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) Vacation/Sick Time and Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Employee Discount Program Training and Development Programs (Percepta College) Employee Rewards Program (Perci Perks) Established in 2000 as a joint venture with TTEC, Percepta specialized in creating customer loyalty to its clients across the globe.
