Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg 3NS (FT 7p-7a)

Job Summary Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care throughout the night shift. As an integral member of the healthcare team, coordinates and communicates patient care with other staff, patients, and families while maintaining high professional standards. Location and Schedule Location: Marlton - Rt 73 and Brick Road, South Jersey. Type: On‑Site, Regular Employee, Full time. Shift: Night Shift – 12Hr (36 weekly hours). Total Weekly Hours: 36. Responsibilities Perform assessments of the patient, leading to development, implementation, and evaluation of a patient care plan. Administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions and regimes. Effectively manage rapidly changing situations. Participate in clinical decision‑making. Educate patient and family/responsible party regarding disease process, individual care needs, wellness, safety issues, etc. Delegate and monitor care rendered by other members of the nursing department and healthcare team. Demonstrate standard precautions and patient safety principles in practice. Participate in orientation, education, and development of the healthcare team. Identify and participate in performance improvement activities. Maintain professional and departmental level competencies. Qualifications Valid New Jersey RN license; approved licenses presented and maintained per state board requirements. Knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures, and standards. Continual improvement of nursing practice through ongoing education, journals, etc. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate teamwork. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate: $44.57 – $60.44 (actual rate varies based on experience, equity and market alignment).
