Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association preferred
Active or eligible to obtain a Washington state Occupational Therapist license
Experience: One year of outpatient care experience preferred
Hand therapy and splinting experience preferred
Able to evaluate and provide care across the age continuum from school-age to geriatric patients

Responsibilities

Obtain thorough patient, medical, and social histories, and assess current status
Evaluate patients and develop care plans based on assessments
Administer therapeutic treatments to relieve pain and restore function
Document patient interactions and educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
Complete billing procedures for services provided
Supervise and provide direction to support staff
