Registered Nurse ICU

Job Summary:
Experienced ICU RN needed for night shift coverage in a hospital setting. Must be adaptable, capable of floating between campuses, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced critical care to ICU patients, including monitoring and managing complex medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Float between campuses as needed and cover on-call requirements within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Valid state RN license, with Ohio or Compact license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU travel experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic health record system.
• Ability to work nights (3x12 hour shifts) and be flexible with on-call duties.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
