Part Time HR Administrator

Position Overview Sanimax is hiring a Part‑Time HR Administrator at our South St Paul facility. The role involves up to 30 hours per week, with scheduled hours of Monday and Tuesday from 8:30AM to 4PM and flexible working arrangements from Wednesday to Friday. Starting pay ranges between $20/hour and $22/hour. Key Responsibilities Assist in the hiring process of new employees Conduct new‑hire orientations Organize, assemble, and process HR forms and documents, including benefits enrollment, I‑9s, W‑4s, disability claims, leave of absences, and workers’ compensation claims Enter new‑hire data and status changes into the Workday HRIS system Act as the primary point of contact for benefit questions and assist new hires with benefits enrollment Coordinate communication regarding corporate training and development initiatives Assist with employee engagement surveys Process status changes (hires, terminations, rate changes, position changes, etc.) for South St Paul and serve as backup for other Sanimax USA locations Qualifications Minimum high‑school diploma required Associate’s degree in HR preferred At least one year of related experience preferred Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks Strong communication skills Equal Opportunity Statement Sanimax is an equal opportunity employer.
