Red Team Security Engineer

Job Description

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Red Team Security Engineer to work in Washington DC in a Hybrid capacity . The candidate must have active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility .

As a Red Team Security Engineer, you will be challenged to perform in-depth Red Team operations on a wide variety of tools, systems, services, and network/store/compute environments. Currency with attacking the latest IT and communications technologies - as well as a solid foundation in network and services basics - are a must.

In this job you will:

\n
• Monitor, analyze, and detect Cyber events and incidents within information systems and networks under general supervision.
\n
• Assist with integrated, dynamic cyber defense, coordinate and maintain security toolsets to support organizations’ continuous monitoring and ongoing authorization programs, establish a framework by which cyber risk can be measured and quantified in the marketplace.
\n
• Determine security requirements by researching information security standards; conducting system security and vulnerability analyses and risk assessments; studying architecture/platform ; identifying integration issues;
\n
• Implement security systems by specifying intrusion detection methodologies and equipment preparing preventive and reactive measures; providing technical support to SOC, Blue Team, and other defenders; completing documentation.
\n
• Verifies security systems by developing and implementing test scripts.
\n
• Maintains security by monitoring and ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and procedures; conducting incident response analyses; developing and conducting training programs.
\n
• Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and integration of a DoD-like IA architectures, systems, or system components for use within computing, network, and enclave environments.
\n
• Ensure that the architecture and design of development and operational systems are functional and secure. This includes designs for program-of-record systems and special-purpose processing nodes with platform IT interconnectivity.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility
\n
• BS & 5+ Yrs of experience or additional 5 yrs of experience in lieu of degree
\n
• Required: Sec+ Certification
\n
• Desired Certifications (one or more): OSCP/E, GPEN, CEH, CCNA, CISSP
