Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help to deter security‑related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thursday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit activity by verifying credentials, observing visitor movement, and reporting concerns according to site procedures. Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and reporting hazards, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
