Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry travel assignment in Hyannis, MA. This role requires delivering comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work in a dynamic medical-surgical telemetry environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Utilize the nursing process in patient care by maintaining relevant, accurate, and current patient records
• Provide documentation of patient assessments including physical, psychological, and social dimensions
• Demonstrate proficiency in the role of charge nurse and Computerized Nursing Informatics
• Act as a resource person regarding patient care, orientation, and teaching staff
• Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of care quality and safety policies
• Maintain confidentiality regarding patients and hospital matters

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Pass CCHC Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia Exams prior to start date
• Med/Surg experience in an acute care facility within the last two years
• Telemetry experience required
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Preferred: ACLS and PCI (Cardiac Cath) Course
• Preferred: Experience managing post Cardiac Surgery/telemetry patients
