Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans across physical, emotional, and social factors Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care, including medications and treatments in alignment with physician orders and protocols Monitor patient conditions, evaluate outcomes, and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care for better health outcomes Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care Document patient care, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Provide compassionate, patient-centered support and therapeutic communication Delegate and supervise care activities to support team efficiency and quality outcomes Respond promptly and effectively in urgent or emergency situations Participate in ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives Why Join AdventHealth South Overland Park?
