Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children to identify developmental needs.
\n
• Collaborate in the creation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) based on your assessments, ensuring tailored support.
\n
• Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and monitoring outcomes to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with children and their families, promoting a safe and nurturing environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend strategies that align with Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Provide essential early intervention support to families, equipping them with the skills and information necessary for fostering their child's development.
\n
• Implement the IFSP, adjusting the frequency of services as required based on child development status and family input.
\n
• Follow all relevant Federal and State regulations to ensure compliance and high-quality service delivery.
\n
• Adopt a coaching model to tailor approaches to each child’s individualized treatment plan.
\n
• Ensure the health and safety of all staff and individuals served through compliance with safety standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays, ensuring they gain essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. The role is pivotal in supporting families during this crucial development period, offering guidance and expertise that contribute to improved outcomes for children in their early years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• Licensed by the Department of Public Health as an LCSW.
\n
• A minimum of one year of hands-on experience working with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• A valid driver’s license is required.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
\n
• Strong communication abilities to interact positively with children, families, and colleagues.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices to support child development.
\n

Preferred Experience\n
