Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Metairie, LA

Our team of highly trained and competent staff members is committed to delivering exceptional care to our clients, and we are seeking a talented Evening Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
* Provide basic nursing care, including taking vital signs, reporting changes in client condition, and maintaining accurate records
* Assist with mobility and ambulation, including transferring clients from bed to wheelchair or walker
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including assisting with meal preparation and cleanup
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
* Currently certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Louisiana
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift, move, and transfer clients, with or without assistance
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments in a timely manner
