Job Title: Registered Nurse

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required
License: Current active state license preferred

Certifications: BLS, NRP required
Must-Have: Epic experience required

Description:
Position for high-risk Labor and Delivery RN.
Shift details include day and night rotations.
Patient ratios are 1:1.
First-timers are accepted.
Weekend requirements are every other weekend.
Floating to postpartum is required.
Candidates must be open to floating within the facility as needed.
Conditions for submission include no more than 5 days of requested time off.
The client may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty.
On-call hours do not count towards guaranteed minimum hours.
Special requirements include experience with C-section births and postpartum tubal ligations.
Experience in cerclage placement and removal is also required.
Waterbirth experience is beneficial.
Facilities are classified as acute care and teaching hospitals with total staffed beds of 317.
Patient demographics include neonates, adolescents, and adults.
Daily census includes 10 in labor and 6 on the antepartum unit.
Interdisciplinary support teams include IV, physical therapy, and rapid response teams.
Adequate experience with high-risk labor and delivery is essential.
