Duties & Responsibilities: Provide emergency medical care in a Level IV Trauma Center ED. Manage 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a). Manage an average of 31 patient visits per day, with a 22% pediatric volume. Coordinate with specialty backup services including Hospitalist, General Surgery, and Orthopedics. Ensure high patient satisfaction and quality care in a 10-bed ED.
