Shifts: 0700-1900 and 1900-0700


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN - Med Surg for a travel assignment in Concord, NC. This role focuses on medical-surgical nursing with a significant emphasis on chronic diseases, mental health, and addiction services. The environment is dynamic, requiring strong Med/Tele skills, including cardiac rhythm interpretation and IV start skills.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips (e.g., Cardizem, Amiodarone)
• Care for patients with tubes/drains and manage wound care/dressing changes
• Administer IV starts and blood products
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Nurse Managers and Clinical Mentors
• Utilize EMR (EPIC) and department-specific equipment
• Float within the region as needed, maintaining flexibility across facilities
• Participate in a 6-week schedule cycle with weekend and holiday rotations

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
