UNC Health seeks community-based OB/GYN physicians for opportunities offering full-scope inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care. We have full-time opportunities in multiple North Carolina locations: Eden, Goldsboro, Kinston, Raleigh, and Smithfield/Clayton. From the rolling foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains to the diverse ecosystems of the coastal plain, with metropolitan areas in between, it's no wonder NC is the fourth fastest growing state in the nation! 1. Eden, NC: UNC Health Rockingham

Well-established practice serving the community for over 25 years

Join a collegial team of two full-time OB/GYNs, one FNP, and per diem OB/GYNs

Call 1:5 1:6 target call schedule supported by dedicated per diem coverage (actual schedule may vary, but call burden is designed to be sustainable and attractive)

Balanced Practice: 50/50 mix of OB and GYN

High-Quality: UNC Health Rockingham's Birthing Center recognized as "High Performing" for maternity care by U.S. News & World Report.

Rural incentive package: lucrative salary, sign-on, residency stipend, loan repayment/retention, relocation

Location: Eden is in the Piedmont Triad region, approximately 25 miles north of Greensboro and within a few hours of both the NC mountains and coastal areas. Residents enjoy a lower cost of living, outdoor recreation along the Dan River, historic downtown festivals, golf courses, and quick access to major airports.

2. Goldsboro, NC: UNC Health Wayne

Join a dedicated team of 3 BC OB/GYNs and 4 experienced midwifes

Location: Goldsboro offers a welcoming, small-town feel with easy access to big city life. Just an hour east of Raleigh and under two hours from the scenic NC coast, this vibrant mid-sized town features a revitalized downtown, mild weather, a low cost of living, and a strong sense of community.

3. Kinston, NC: UNC Health Lenoir

Shared 1:5 Call

Average 18 patients per day

4. Clayton/Smithfield: UNC Health Johnston

2 clinic locations in Smithfield and Clayton, NC, southeast of Raleigh, NC

2 Hospital Campuses for deliveries and surgeries: UNC Health Johnston - Smithfield - Level II Nursery; UNC Health Johnston - Clayton - Level I Nursery

DaVinci Xi Robotic Surgery System

600 average annual deliveries

Monday - Friday, half day on Fridays

Assigned weekend call every 6th weekend, post call day = admin day

• Collaborative and collegial team of 9 OB/GYNs, 9 CNMs and 2 WHNPs that are fully equipped and modernized with in-house ultrasound at each location
• Holly Springs and Raleigh clinics are located on the hospital campuses
• DaVinci robotics available
• Shared call responsibilities to ensure an ideal work/life balance
