We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by changing the face of healthcare.As a leader on our team, you'll manage complex data linkage initiatives for Federal projects that will require deep technical expertise and proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, secure data environments. In this role, you'll:* Lead and oversee data linkage projects involving large and complex datasets, data transfer, processing, and harmonization activities.* Ensure compliance with Federal security policies, procedures, and standards.* Develop and optimize linkage algorithms and evaluate linkage accuracy using statistical metrics.* Provide risk management, quality assurance, and maintain data security for Federal datasets.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.Join us. The world can't wait.**You Have:*** 5+ years of experience as project or task lead* 2+ years of experience with data related projects, including maintaining data security for Federal datasets* Experience with statistical and analytical work, including evaluating linkage accuracy and optimizing algorithms* Experience with cloud services and data engineering* Experience leading tasks or projects at or for a Federal agency or organization* Knowledge of data linkage methodologies, including deterministic and probabilistic, including POI and PPRL* Knowledge of Federal security policies, procedures, and standards* Public Trust* Doctorate degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or Behavioral Research**Nice If You Have:*** Experience with CMS data* Experience with AI/ML methods for linkage optimization* Experience with data integration and data quality assurance processes* Knowledge of emerging technologies and automation tools for linkage processes* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills* PMP Certification**Vetting:**Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required.**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
