Physical Therapist

Pay Range: $38.00 – $43.00 per hour (based on experience) Michigan Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (MOR) is a leading outpatient rehabilitation provider committed to helping patients move better, feel better, and live better. We specialize in orthopedic physical and occupational therapy, sports medicine, Pilates, and hand therapy. Our clinicians deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-centered environment. We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Troy & Royal Oak clinics. What You’ll Do Evaluate patients to identify impairments, functional limitations, and treatment goals Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and appropriate therapeutic modalities Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and recovery strategies Document patient care accurately and efficiently Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Active Michigan Physical Therapist license Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical skills with a patient-first mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with 401(k) options Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) Continuing education and professional development support Disability and life insurance Positive, collaborative work environment Michigan Orthopaedic Rehabilitation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
