Work with customers who appreciate premium products, advanced technology, and personalized service What You'll Do Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience. Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery. Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting features and benefits. Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele. Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM Conduct test drives and explain financing, leasing, and protection product options Exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals What You'll Bring 2 plus years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience. Desire to achieve personal and financial goals Build relationships and earn customers trust. Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
