Role Description We are seeking a full-time BMW Client Advisor to join our team on-site in Columbia, MO. The Client Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from understanding their needs to presenting available options and facilitating the sales process. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on BMW vehicle features and product lines, ensuring a professional and welcoming customer experience, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving individual and dealership sales goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service. Sales expertise, including negotiation, client consultation, and driving sales goals. Knowledge of automotive products, the ability to explain technical features, and a passion for luxury vehicles or the automotive industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail. Team-oriented, collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training is provided for candidates with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
