Massage TherapistThe Massage Therapist provides professional massage and wellbeing services with a high level of skill, professionalism, and expertise in the healing arts. This role is focused on delivering consistent, personalized treatments that enhance guest wellness, comfort, and overall wellbeing experience while upholding service standards.Responsibilities include:Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to and from treatment roomsProviding attentive care to guests before, during, and after treatmentsPreparing treatment rooms according to guest preferences and wellbeing standardsPerforming massage and body treatments tailored to individual guest needsEnsuring guest comfort, privacy, and safety at all timesSetting up, cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking treatment rooms between servicesMaintaining cleanliness and presentation of wellbeing public areas, including relaxation lounges, hallways, and reception-adjacent wellbeingcesEnsuring locker rooms, showers, and restroom areas are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all timesMonitoring wellbeing common areas throughout the day and addressing cleanliness or maintenance needs promptlyReplenishing towels, water, amenities, and guest supplies in public wellbeing areasReporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or cleanliness deficiencies in wellbeing areas to managementMaintaining all wellbeing areas, including treatment rooms and public spaces, in an immaculate conditionUpholding professional ethics and delivering consistent, high-quality guest serviceMaintaining proper sanitation and sterilization procedures in compliance with regulations and wellbeing policiesMaintaining adequate supplies and ensuring all treatment rooms are fully stockedCommunicating any guest concerns, incidents, or complaints to management promptlyPromoting wellbeing services, treatments, retail products, and available programs when appropriateEducating guests on available services and recommending appropriate treatments when suitableMaintaining accurate records of treatments and guest preferences as requiredFollowing all wellbeing operational policies, procedures, and brand standardsQualifications include:Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a licensed Massage TherapistValid Massage Therapist State License requiredExperience in a luxury wellbeing or hotel spa environment preferredStrong knowledge of massage and bodywork techniquesExcellent communication and guest service skillsProfessional appearance and demeanor required at all timesPassion for wellness and the healing artsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysCommitment to a minimum of three (3) days per week, including weekendsCPR/First Aid certification preferredBilingual abilities preferredJob Location: I'm interested Privacy Notice
