Bilingual RecruiterPoly-America, L.P. is currently seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our recruiting department. Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.Recruiters at Poly-America are responsible for proactively recruiting candidates using multiple resources including career fair recruitment and management of advertising. Recruiters are responsible for the full cycle process from start to finish, including but not limited to: reviewing candidates in our ATS, phone screens, face-to-face interviews, developing offers, and new hire paperwork. Also, additional duties and responsibilities as become necessary and/or are assigned by management.ResponsibilitiesProactively recruit talent for production and warehouse positions using multiple resourcesAggressively recruit the best candidates for a wide range of open positions including general labor/production, warehouse associates and maintenance.Interview candidates for open positionsDevelop and maintain relationships with department managers to meet staffing needsAssures completion of all new hire paperwork and notifies department managers of incoming new hiresRepresent the company at career fairs and recruiting eventsPerforms additional duties as assigned to support effectiveness of the HR departmentQualificationsProfessional and courteous demeanorAt least 1 year of recruiting experience required with manufacturing experience highly desired.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Must have working knowledge of general Human Resources principles.Proficient knowledge of MS Office software and applicationsAbility to work independently and complete work with minimal supervisionPoly-America offers competitive wages plus a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental, paid vacations and holidays, 401(K) and more!
