divh2LTC LPN Position/h2pOur client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a LTC LPN for their New Lisbon, WI location./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliThe Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents, reports to physician any changes they have, reports to charge nurse, updates family members, and assists CNAs./liliAdminister medications to residents while following the 5 Rights/liliReport any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator/liliReport any change in condition to the charge nurse/liliAssist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities/liliUpdate physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed/liliPerform other duties as requested./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliRequired qualifications to effectively perform job.
