Step onto the site as the Owner’s HSE eyes and ears

Each morning in Fairless Hills, PA, you walk the mission‑critical data center build, coaching crews, verifying permits, and keeping high‑energy operations safe. You’re the calm, person‑forward presence who guides, not polices—because being a Safety Coach, not a Safety Cop, is how you turn standards into habits.

• Location: Fairless Hills, PA (onsite)
• Contract: 12 months, 1099
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8–10 hours/day; start immediately
• Compensation: $50–$52 per hour (1099)
• Housing: $500 weekly housing allowance for those residing outside a 75‑mile radius

• Serve as the owner‑representative on a mission‑critical construction site, partnering with the GC and trades to embed safe work practices.
• Lead risk assessments, review safe method statements, and drive post‑incident root cause analysis.
• Champion electrical safety, including LOTO and NFPA 70E practices; support high‑voltage work planning.
• Maintain daily documentation and weekly timesheets; leverage technology to keep records current and accurate.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with the Owner/Client and the Project GC.

• Mission‑critical/data center safety background required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety preferred.
• 7 years of data center experience; alternatively, 10 years of construction safety experience if you do not have data center experience or a degree.
• High‑voltage exposure preferred; NFPA 70E knowledge.
• OSHA 500/510; BCSP CHST preferred.
• Fluency in the local language and proficiency in English (native or secondary).
• Deep knowledge of regional H&S regulations and competency with ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 management systems.
• Proficiency in Workplace Safety & EHS Management and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
