Ennismore's Delano Miami Beach is reopening with a Delano Service Agent - PBX to deliver the property’s signature hospitality through phone operations and guest interactions. The role supports guest and team calls, inputs guest data into the PMS and Nuvola systems, and ensures timely follow-up to guest requests, maintaining the high standards of the brand. You will answer inquiries, transfer calls, uphold SOPs, attend meetings, and help keep the front desk and communications running smoothly in #J-18808-Ljbffr Ennismore
