As a highly skilled Leadership Team Member , you will support our senior leadership in executing daily operations while coaching and developing our team members. Key Responsibilities:- Participate in high-volume, fast-paced daily operations.
- Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs.
- Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift.
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player.
- Lead shifts, open/close the restaurant, and act as a key holder.
- Count drawers and finalize daily operations.
- Communicate effectively, both written and spoken.
- A fun work environment where you can positively influence others.
- Closed on Sundays for a better work-life balance.
