Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follows processes and procedures to ensure quality product goes to the customer, such as part measurement, visual inspection for missing features/defects in parts Loads and unloads materials properly onto saws/fixtures Operates and troubleshoots CNC machines and robotic cells Uses quality equipment properly such as, gauges (pin gauges, Block gauges etc.), calipers, tape measure, square, feeler gauge, and CMM Follows part specific customer control plan in compliance with IATF/ISO certification Checks fluids and coolant level in machines to keep them at an optimal level Uses inventory system to make tickets and keeping track of quantities for precise inventory. Via. Pick, Raf, Triage material correctly. Responsible for meeting quoted rates and reporting if these rates are not being met Escalates any issues/questions to Lead or Supervisor. Reports any maintenance/quality issues to Lead and Supervisor.
