• Desired 3 years of supply planning / buying experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or other purchasing systems.
• Proficient in Excel.

Job Requirements and Duties:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration.
• Inventory and Supply Planning.
• Supplier negotiations on multiple levels of the relationship.
• ERP/MRP Systems
• Negotiate prices
• Develop requirements and standards (e.g. procurement, shipping, etc.).
• Analyze, optimize, and oversee inventory procedures.
• Purchase goods and services following company policies.
• Create purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Follow up with suppliers about lead times, delays, and shipments.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, or materials.
• Reconcile trade or exchange purchases.
• Enter material data accurately into the system.
• Support purchasing procedures and help improve workflow.
• Work with internal teams such as Sales, Management, and Inventory Control.
• Document received materials accurately and on time.
• Maintain records for receipts, invoices, payments, and pricing.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed.
• Support purchasing and receiving for multiple locations.
• Report safety or operational issues to management.
• Outstanding communication ability.
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.
