- Predictable weekday schedule with flexible 5x8 or 4x10 scheduling options
- Outpatient-only practice with no hospital rounding or inpatient call responsibilities
- Manageable patient volume of approximately 2 to 3 patients per hour
- Strong administrative support with dedicated charting time built into your schedule
- Non-production compensation model that prioritizes quality patient care over volume
- Full HRSA student loan repayment eligibility
- Established outpatient practice with a collaborative care team
- You are a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- You enjoy providing primary care to patients of all ages
- You're comfortable practicing in both autonomous and collaborative clinical settings
- You value community-focused, team-based outpatient care
- New graduates and experienced providers are encouraged to apply
- Base salary: $100,000 to $140,000 based on experience
- Bonus or incentives: Non-production compensation model focused on quality care
- Health insurance: Employer pays 75% of medical coverage
- Dental and vision insurance available

- Paid Time Off: 120 hours of vacation, 40 hours of personal time, and 10 paid holidays
- CME: 5 days plus a $2,500 annual allowance
