As a dishwasher, you are responsible for encompassing our goal of providing each guest with a truly wonderful experience as well as:Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and suppliesRestocking dishes in front and back of houseAssisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requestedLight cooking and prepping dutiesHandling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparationWe challenge ourselves, and each other, to be the best.
