Registered Nurse, RN

Overview Everett Center is now hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for a NOC Full-Time Shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends. Responsibilities Change the lives of patients and residents while enjoying the rewards of knowing them and their families as a Registered Nurse. Provide care for a variety of patients with complex diagnoses, enhancing knowledge and skills in many areas. Position Highlights Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions as needed to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes. Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders. Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts. Qualifications Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is required.
