Role: Technical Program Manager – Data Lake Migration Location: Raritan, NJ | Onsite Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale Azure Databricks to AWS Databricks data lake migration programs. The TPM will manage multiple technical workstreams, global teams, stakeholders, risks, and end-to-end delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage Data Engineering, Migration, Platform, Testing, Security, and Business Readiness workstreams. Own program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and governance. Coordinate onsite/offshore/nearshore teams and vendors. Drive executive reporting, steering committees, and stakeholder communication. Oversee migration of Databricks Workspaces, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, ADF Pipelines, Notebooks, Jobs, and Data Products . Develop cutover, rollback, migration playbooks, and hypercare plans. Ensure security, compliance, Agile delivery, and CI/CD adoption. Required Skills: 12+ years IT experience , including 5+ years in large transformation programs . Experience managing 50+ resources and multiple vendors . Hands‑on understanding of Azure Databricks, AWS Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Medallion Architecture, and Data Lakehouse . Knowledge of ADF, AWS Glue, S3, Redshift, Airflow, Terraform, and CI/CD . Proven Azure‑to‑AWS cloud migration and data lake modernization experience. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred: Databricks/AWS/PMP/PgMP/SAFe certifications and experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Consumer Products, or Supply Chain. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smart IT Frame LLC
