Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NoVA
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NoVA will:
- Support project management activities from pre-construction through close-out
- Track and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams
- Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, and change order pricing
- Monitor quality control, safety compliance, and project documentation
- Participate in project meetings, reporting, and schedule updates
- Support IDIQ, task-order, design-build, and fast-track delivery methods
- Assist with project close-out and turnover documentation

The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NoVA will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3+ years of experience with a commercial or institutional general contractor
- Working knowledge of construction means, methods, and project controls
- Experience supporting subcontractor coordination and self-performed work
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
The Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction - NoVA will receive:
- $70,000-$90,000 base salary , depending on experience
