Counter Sales Representative (Inside Sales / Customer Service)

Dallas, TX

Pay: $18–$20/hour + Monthly Bonus Potential

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and sales representatives with orders (in person and over the phone)
• Process and track orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Generate sales with existing accounts and recommend additional products
• Maintain and manage open orders daily
• Handle returns, special orders, and fabrication orders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and efficiency
• Keep showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Perform inventory cycle counts as needed
• Promote company products and services to drive sales growth
• Provide general support to the Customer Service Supervisor and Branch Manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of sales, counter sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (in-person and phone)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
