Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our client in Sonora, CA 95370 . This is a 13-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Sonora, CA 95370
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay rate: 45-48$/hr.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Provide physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, transfers, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately and timely.
• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate and professional patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the facility's designated system, including Net Health.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Previous PTA experience preferred, particularly in SNF, long-term care, or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to complete required clinical documentation accurately.

Drive Time

• If required to work at multiple facilities on the same day, travel time between facilities is paid at $25/hour.
• Drive time must be documented in Net Health.
• Travel from home to the first facility is not reimbursed.
• Travel from the final facility back home is not reimbursed.
