Outpatient Physical Therapist

Location: Sanford, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift with a potential for up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team specializing in orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will possess experience in outpatient therapy, specifically in orthopedics, and will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations and therapy interventions to outpatient orthopedic patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain a patient caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
• Meet productivity expectations, averaging 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as necessary.
• Float to other clinics as needed, including Benchmark PT locations in Pinehurst, Holly Springs, Cary, and Pittsboro.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
• Not open to PTA applicants, first-time travelers, or new graduates.
