Position Summary As a QDOBA Team Member, you’ll be an important part of the restaurant experience. You’ll prepare fresh food, serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and organized, and help create the welcoming, energetic environment QDOBA is known for. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and interacting with customers throughout the day. What You’ll Do Greet guests enthusiastically and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare and serve food according to QDOBA recipes and quality standards Follow proper portioning, preparation, and food safety procedures Keep the front line stocked and ready during high-volume periods Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations Monitor food quality and take action when something does not meet standards Follow sanitation, safety, and security procedures Work cooperatively and respectfully with managers and fellow Team Members Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment Represent QDOBA professionally and help create a great experience for every guest Assist with additional restaurant responsibilities as directed by management What We’re Looking For Positive, outgoing, and hospitality-focused attitude Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic restaurant environment Ability to communicate clearly and work well as part of a team Friendly and professional when interacting with guests Willingness to learn QDOBA recipes, procedures, and food safety standards Ability to stay organized and productive during busy periods Flexibility to work restaurant shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous restaurant, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off, including vacation and sick time where eligible Bring Your Flavor At QDOBA, we bring flavor to people’s lives, and that starts with our team.
