Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity
Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners! We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current AL OT license
- At least 1 year of experience with familiarity and/or experience in acute care
- Experience evaluating, treating, and managing a caseload independently
- Experience with high-acuity acute care patients, including post-cardiac and general cardiovascular, post-ortho/joint procedures, trauma, and post-stroke patients
- Experience and willingness to assist with ADLs
- Comfort working with students in a teaching facility
Assignment Details
- Typically 0800-1630, with hours varying based on departmental needs
- Occasional weekend rotation based on department needs
- No call
- Holiday expectations will depend on department needs during the contract
- No floating between facilities
