Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners! We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Current AL OT license
• At least 1 year of experience with familiarity and/or experience in acute care
• Experience evaluating, treating, and managing a caseload independently
• Experience with high-acuity acute care patients, including post-cardiac and general cardiovascular, post-ortho/joint procedures, trauma, and post-stroke patients
• Experience and willingness to assist with ADLs
• Comfort working with students in a teaching facility

Assignment Details

• Typically 0800-1630, with hours varying based on departmental needs
• Occasional weekend rotation based on department needs
• No call
• Holiday expectations will depend on department needs during the contract
• No floating between facilities
