Marketing Manager

Role Description: This is a true standalone marketing role - you'll own it. The Marketing Manager partners directly with the CEO to translate growth priorities into a focused marketing roadmap and practical campaign calendar. You'll plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, social, statements, website, and branch channels. You'll own MCCU's marketing technology - automation, segmentation, lifecycle journeys, analytics, and reporting. You'll create on-brand content and materials that support product awareness, branch needs, and member communications. You'll manage the website and social channels, coordinate external creative and technology partners, and stay current on credit union marketing compliance. This role has real ownership, direct leadership access, and work that connects to a genuine mission. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible marketing, communications, campaign execution, or related experience Hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign coordination, audience segmentation, analytics and reporting, and multi-channel communications Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms, website content management, and coordinating external agencies or vendors preferred Financial services, credit union, banking, or other regulated-industry experience helpful but not required High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred - equivalent experience considered $30.99 - $36.15 per hour | Full-time, on-site in Lee's Summit, MO Benefits include medical, dental, vision, pension, 401(k), paid time off, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr Missouri Central Credit Union
