Finance Manager - Industrial Color

Monitor budget performance, analyze variances and provide actionable financial insights Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and maintain strong financial controls Own recurring planning cycles and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time Improve financial planning, reporting and operational processes Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined budget and resource allocation Support internal controls, audits and corporate governance requirements Maintain appropriate financial documentation and support timely resolution of audit findings Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams Develop financial analyses and business cases for investments, product launches, marketing initiatives and cost-efficiency opportunities Translate financial data into clear recommendations for business leaders Identify financial risks and opportunities and proactively recommend action Support budgeting and financial oversight of marketing, creative and production-related initiatives Support strategic initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and operational efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or another quantitative discipline 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or a related finance function Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks and enhance analysis Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for business partners Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured business problems Experience within beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, retail or other brand-led businesses is preferred Experience partnering directly with Marketing, Creative, Production or Product Development teams is preferred Understanding of marketing budgets, product launches, creative/production spend and resource planning is preferred Experience working within a complex, matrixed or global organization is preferred MBA and/or CPA is a plus Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in financial planning and analysis, with a strong focus on budget performance, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
