Experienced Plumbing Service Technician – Residential & Commercial
Busy and growing commercial/residential plumbing company is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team.
We are looking for a service and repair plumber — NOT new construction. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of plumbing service experience and is comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing plumbing fixtures and equipment in both residential and commercial settings.
PLEASE NO NEW CONSTRUCTION APPLICANTS. SERVICE AND REPAIR EXPERIENCE ONLY.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 2+ years of plumbing service experience
- Residential and commercial plumbing service experience
- Must have your own plumbing tools
- Must be able to install, troubleshoot, repair, and replace water heaters
- Must be able to find and troubleshoot plumbing leaks
- Experience repairing and replacing commercial faucets
- Experience repairing and replacing commercial toilets
- Experience with drain cleaning
- Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the appropriate repair
- Ability to clearly communicate repair recommendations to customers and office staff
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
PLUMBING SERVICES
Our technicians handle a variety of residential and commercial service work, including:
- Water heater installation, repair, and replacement
- Leak detection and troubleshooting
- Drain cleaning
- Commercial faucet repair and replacement
- Commercial toilet repair and replacement
- Backflow testing
- Video drain and sewer inspections
- Line location
- Hydro-jetting
- General plumbing repairs, installations, and replacements

JOB DETAILS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $29.00 per hour
Salary depends on experience and qualifications
Schedule:
- 8+ hour shifts
- Day shift
- Night shift as needed (depending on the schedule)
Experience:
- Plumbing Service: 2+ years required
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License: Required
- Backflow Testing Certification: Preferred, but not required
Work Location: Multiple locations throughout San Diego County
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
