Job Summary In this role, you'll help design, implement, and coordinate enterprise-wide HR initiatives, programs, and processes that support business objectives. This role combines employee listening, employee experience programming, strategic reporting, compliance activities, and external recognition initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational performance. You'll partner with leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive business results. Key responsibilities include supporting employee listening and recognition programs, compliance and business performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role serves as a central coordinator and analyst for employee experience and workforce insights initiatives, helping connect employee feedback, business performance, and enterprise programs to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making. You'll also monitor emerging workplace trends, technologies, best practices, and regulatory developments, identifying opportunities to enhance programs and processes. Through project leadership, consultation, and collaboration, you'll help implement solutions that improve efficiency, support leaders in addressing complex HR challenges, and contribute to the achievement of long-term business #J-18808-Ljbffr
