Clinical Specialist, ENT - Central PA

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for ENT surgical support in Central Pennsylvania. This field-based role involves providing clinical coverage during procedures, technical troubleshooting, and customer education across multiple hospital and clinic accounts in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical coverage representing Medtronic; ensure equipment access and device programming during procedures
• Deliver clinical support, troubleshooting, and follow-up care at hospitals and clinics
• Educate physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on product technical aspects and therapies
• Manage inventory for case coverage and coordinate product orders with customer service
• Maintain account relationships through literature replenishment and regular facility visits

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED plus 6 years clinical or medical sales experience
• OR Associate's degree plus 4 years clinical or medical sales experience
• OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 years clinical or medical sales experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout territory
• Proficiency with mobile devices, iPad, and PC
• Knowledge of ENT surgical products and implantable device systems
