Were hiring an Inventory, Retail & Merchandising Manager to own purchasing, back bar cost control, retail strategy, and seasonal activations across four luxury salon locations.

This role is for someone who:

What Youll Own
Company-wide inventory accuracy (retail, boutique, back bar)
COGS targets and cost-per-service performance
Vendor strategy and purchasing optimization
SKU lifecycle decisions (test / scale / retire)
Quarterly merchandising resets
Seasonal promotions + loyalty alignment
Inventory forecasting and par management
Executive-level dashboards with clear insights
