Job SummaryPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.Maintains a bar product/supplies inventory system for:Alcoholic beverages including winesNon-alcoholic beverages and mixersGlasswarePaper and other bar suppliesInspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available.Orders additional supplies as necessary including liquor/beer/wines, etc.Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of bar/banquet areas, glassware and equipment through regular inspectionsAssure that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followedWorks with the Banquet Manager and others to ensure efficient beverage service in all of the club’s outlets and for special functionsAssists with banquet functions and service in food and beverage areas when necessaryKeeps current with changing member preferences and industry trends relative to the beverage operationPrepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksCollects checks/payment for drinks servedCleans and locks up according to proceduresAttends staff meetings as requiredThe above-mentioned information is not all-inclusive list of responsibilities, duties and skills required, merely a general description of the nature and level of work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
