We believe in the importance of rest and relaxation, so you start earning paid time off from your first day. 401 (k) Plan with Company Match: Secure your future with our competitive 401(k) plan, including a generous company match.Parental Leave: We support our team members through all stages of life, including offering parental leave for new parents.Tool and Boot Allowance: We provide a tool account as well as a boot allowance up to $125 per year.Training and Development Opportunities: We're committed to your professional growth with training at our new corporate training facility!Yearly Performance Reviews: We believe in continuous improvement and offer yearly performance reviews to ensure you're on track and rewarded for your hard work.Join Oxford Plumbing & Heating and be part of a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and provides a rewarding, fulfilling career.In this role, you'll be responsible for:Providing comprehensive plumbing inspections for customers.Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings.Repairing or replacing broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.Locating and repairing issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systemsCutting, assembling, and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)Installing and maintaining water supply systemsInstalling waste disposal and sanitary systemsInstalling and servicing water treatment systems and water heaters.Skills and Requirements:Residential service plumbing experienceService Titan experience a plusSolid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildingsWorking knowledge of appliancesAbility to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)Good communication and interpersonal skillsFriendly with a great deal of patienceGood physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spacesAbility to work on-call as needed:On-call hours: M-F 4:00pm-9:00pmSaturday and Sunday 7:30am-9:00pm$200 for being on call plus OT.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: On the roadExperience:Plumbing: 3 years (Required)Work Location: On the road
