Develop and manage comprehensive care plans by continuously monitoring patient progress and adjusting interventions to meet evolving needs. Serve as the primary care coordinator, collaborating seamlessly across multidisciplinary teams to create a unified, holistic healing journey for every patient. Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, maintaining clear, accurate, and prompt communication regarding patient status and changes. Lead proactive discharge planning in partnership with the broader care team to empower patients and families for a smooth, safe transition home or to next-level care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed. What additional preferences we're seeking Pediatric Vascular Access: Skilled in pediatric IV starts and cannulation with one year of dedicated intravenous nursing experience. Specialized Care: In-depth clinical knowledge of pediatric gastroenterology IV medications and administration protocols.
